General Terms and Conditions (GTC) company
- 1 Subject and start of contract
The subject of the services offered is waxing for men. The contractual relationship between the company and the customer only becomes effective through the online prevention contract. Ticking the terms and conditions will make this contract applicable in full. The prevention contract is a service contract in accordance with §§ 611 ff BGB.
- 2 General information
The offers and agreements of the company are based on the following conditions. In the following, all genders are addressed equally with the term customer/customers.
- 3 General services
All of the company’s services are for waxing.
- 4 Contraindications
Waxing is only performed on healthy customers at their express request. The customer assures that, to the best of his knowledge, he is free of physical ailments and mental illnesses that prevent a Waxing. BEFORE the Waxing is performed, he will be asked whether, to his knowledge, he is free of illnesses and complaints that stand in the way of the desired service. Waxing under the influence of alcohol and drugs will be rejected without replacement.
- 5 Disclaimer
If, despite waxing, (consequential) damage occurs which is due to the fact that a customer has concealed reasons for exclusion, the company is exempt from any liability. The same applies to damage caused by a reason for exclusion that is not known to the customer and that is not recognizable to the company or its vicarious agents.
- 6 waxing / application time
The prices of all offered waxing/applications refer to the waxing time including a short preliminary talk and rest afterwards.
- 7 Dates
Appointments can be made online, by phone or email and are binding after confirmation by the company. The customer is asked to keep the agreed deadlines in order to ensure a smooth process. If the customer is late, the waxing time will be reduced accordingly. The customer has no claim for compensation for an agreed but unused service. Downtime will be billed.
- 8 Prices and Payment
Payment for the service must be made immediately after it has been rendered. The company reserves the right to insist on down payments or prepayment when booking appointments. Upon request, the customer will receive a receipt/invoice. Billing with a statutory health insurance company, private health insurance company or subsidy is not possible.
- 9 Cancellation modalities
The customer can cancel appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of cancellation at short notice or no-show, the company reserves the right to charge for the booked services. A claim to payment only exists for the services rendered up to the time of withdrawal.
- 10 Final Provisions
German law applies to the contractual relationships between the company and the customer. If a provision of these terms and conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
